In one session, you will discover what is at the root of your sleep difficulty and benefit from a process to bring healing to that discomfort. I will send you a brief recording that guides you through the healing process so you can experience it during the day whenever you want. I will also send you a new sleep recording not yet available in the basic Sleep Easily program. You also receive a brief paper that contains essential information from this session—so you don’t have to take notes.

My intention is for you to experience significant improvement from this first session. If you wish, you can schedule just one session and then you evaluate if it was helpful.

The sessions are as effective as meeting in person, don’t require you to travel and you can be in the comfort of your home or other location.
