Dr. Shane works with clients individually. To begin the treatment program, he will send you a copy of the Sleep Easily at-home program for you to gain the tools to begin to sleep better. From there, he offers a two-session program that will deepen your ability to sleep even more easily.
Dr. Shane utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy plus other advanced methods he has developed over 35 years as a psychotherapist 25 years as a behavioral sleep therapist.
You can also resolve issues beyond sleep—to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, anger and post-traumatic stress disorder, increase your self-confidence and feeling of well-being and improve your clarity of thinking and productivity.
Because Sleep Easily reaches people nationwide, Dr. Shane works with clients via telephone. The sessions are as effective as meeting in person, don’t require you to travel and you can be in the comfort of your home or other location. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover telephone consultation. However, Dr. Shane is committed to helping as many people as possible, so he endeavors to have his fee structure be reasonable.
